It’s a wonderful experience working with Steve and Ton-Essa, I enjoyed the filming process and it’s really a special part of our wedding. I want to point out their professionalism, especially helping us to accommodate the language and subtitles. The movie is marvelous, we showed it in our wedding at China and it was a complete ‘Wow!’ They are very easy-going people to work with and we enjoyed the experience both in the filming and just hanging out with them.
I am a very thorough researcher and have looked at more than 20 different videographers, but did not find the “click” moment. I fell in love with Loudbyte’s style the moment I saw their first movie. Through working with Steve and Ton-Essa, I have come to understand why they call themselves cinematographer, not videographers. Different from just recording what happened on the big day, Steve and Ton-Essa put in a lot of thoughts before hand to get to know us, create a storyboard for our unique movie and work endless hours to edit our movies so it looks like what you would see in the movie theater. Steve and Ton-Essa are not afraid of challenges, our movie was in Chinese with English subtitles. Without knowing a single word in Chinese, Steve and Ton-Essa were able to finish our movie beautifully, what an achievement! Steve and Ton-Essa are charming to work with, they are very dedicated and quality-driven, you will for sure get an amazing movie, but be prepared to work long hours to achieve that! At the end, it’s all worth it.
A fusion love story combined with a wedding. Shot entirely in Chinese.

Rea & Ian’s Story
Rea and I were officially introduced when I was urged by friends to ask her to the Junior Prom. I was told it would be a good idea to ask her, even though I barely knew her. Who knew it would blossom into the relationship it has. We quickly formed a bond around our love for one another and close family and friends. It’s hard to explain our relationship in a few words but we know we have something special and we don’t take it for granted.
Planning a wedding is a full time job, anyone who has done it knows this to be true. But let us say that Steve and Ton-Essa made everything easier when it came to our film. From the moment we met them in their studio until the cameras shut off they were fantastic. Their professionalism and knowledge is unparalleled and this was clear throughout our process and on our final film. Their ability to incorporate guests in the film and make us feel comfortable and stress free was something we truly valued. We practically counted down the days until we would receive our final film. When it came we were speechless! The film blew us away! We aren’t exaggerating when we say we watched it at least 20 times in the first few days of having it. One of the best suggestions they made was to order the raw footage as well. We were hesitant at first but when you see yourself go through the unbelievable range of emotions during speeches and the ceremony it makes it all worth it. We can’t begin to thank both Steve and Ton-Essa enough for their hard work on our film. If you are looking for someone to make your day special for years to come, there is no competition for these two, they are the best!!
Thanks guys, your the best!

Steve and Samira are not musicians and have no performance background. When they asked us to create a love story, we approached them with the ‘idea’ of a music video. After a few conversations, they decided to go for it. We chose music and then re-mixed and re-sampled it to suit their personalities and their story. For Steve + Samira, learning the music was challenging. On top of that, having us direct them to ‘perform’ took some time, willingness and courage.
It was so rewarding to see them really get into their roles. We couldn’t be more proud of them both! They embraced the challenge and really put their hearts into it. What a great way to start their marriage by accomplishing something new and frightening TOGETHER. We Heart you both for having faith in Loudbyte, taking the journey with us and having a real genuine experience.
